This site has been specially constructed to assist and inform Parkinson’s disease sufferers, their family and friends and carers about the different aspects of the condition and the way it can be managed.

To assist you and the team of healthcare professionals who are working to manage your Parkinson’s disease, the Diary tool and wearing off questionnaire tool have been built into this site. Do make use of these tools and let us know if you have any questions about how they work or comments on how they may be improved.
