My Diary A symptom diary is a method that can be used to record useful information to help determine whether a person has 'end-of-dose wearing off'. This can also be used by the patient's doctor to monitor progress and make any necessary changes to medications.

By logging in, you can store information to be viewed when you next return to the site. For example, if you are keeping a three day diary then you will need to return on multiple occasions to add information.
